For your post-class assistance and support, we have provided these three ways to help answer your questions about any aspects of your Art of Bodywork coursework.
You can either:
1. Contact your instructor - you'll already have their email address
They can answer any questions that may have arisen since you completed your training day.
2. Contact the AoB office: artofbodyworkoffice@aol.com
Alastair can answer any further questions that have not already been addressed by your instructor.
3. Arrange a 1-hour video call meeting with Alastair.
This meeting is allocated for more complex problems that can't be easily explained in an email.
In addition, you may have some questions about a specific AoB technique for which you need clarification.
You'll be able to review any of the techniques you learnt from your instructor, online with Alastair.
He can also give advice on any complex clients that seem to be problematic and who seem not to be making progress.
